TRUST WITH OPEN EYES

wpid-images-9.jpeg

A person, either your friend or a relative with whom you feel at ease, may often harm you if you have blind faith in them. Despite of behaving sweetly with you, they may back bite about you.

I would like to share my personal experience with you. I was recruited as an English teacher in a school. The very first day, I had to take my first lecture of grammar in 8th standard in front of the coordinator. I was very nervous but one of the teachers encouraged and supported me. I felt very glad when she appreciated my teaching skills in the PTA meeting and after that they appointed me for higher standards also. I achieved a good reputation in the school. I used to feel comfortable with her and had trusted in her. We even used to share our personal matters and always supported each other in our tough time.

One day when I heard her back biting about me, I was bewildered and could not believe on my ears. The very next day when we were discussing regarding the exam papers, she praised me. I thought that what I heard yesterday could have been my misapprehension. Before the final examination, we had a meeting with management and I was stunned to hear that I had been given a bad rating. They questioned on my teaching capability and I was demoted. I felt humiliated and coveted the reason for the matter. When I knew that the teacher, who used to act good in front of me would make changes in my notes that I had to submit to the coordinator every month. She would also instigate the management against me and made me a fool. I was ensnared by her fake behaviour.

Trust people but with open eyes and do not let them interrupt in your life. Take advice from them but take your decisions yourself.

A MESSAGE TO PARENTS

wpid-collage_20141125202318565.jpg

Although parents want to fulfil each and every desire of their children and give them a luxurious life but due to their hectic schedule, they do not spend quality time with their children. Their negligence may throw them into danger.

My friends’ 10 year old son was studying in 5th standard. Despite of his parents being working, they spent time with their child. They lived in Mumbai at Church Gate. In the summer vacation his mom planned to go to his uncle’ house who lived in Mumbai at Mira road. He was very happy and started packing his bags. The very next day his uncle came to pick them up. One day his uncle convinced him to sleep with him and he agreed. In the midnight his uncle tried to assault with him. He screamed out with pain but nobody could hear his voice and his uncle threatened him to be silent. In spite of being threatened by his uncle, he reluctantly said to his mom, “Uncle tortured me last night.” His mom shouted at him and said to him, “How dare you use these rubbish words for your uncle?” He became very depressed and made a call to his father but he failed to tell him because his father said, “I have no time for your stupidity.” He was very frightened and told his mom to return home but she said, “No! We will go back in two –three days.” One day, his uncle persuaded him to sleep with him and again assaulted his nephew. He was very frightened and was bearing both, mental and physical pain but nobody could understand his condition. After two – three days they returned home and he tried to gather himself but after 15 days his uncle came at their place to stay for a night. He was scared and said to his mom,” Please let uncle go back to his home. She was shocked to hear this and gave him a tight slap on his face and told him go. The next day when he went to school, his teacher dialled to his mom and said, “He is behaving awkwardly since morning.” His mom realized that for a long time he wanted to tell her something but she didn’t listen to him. As soon as he reached home, his mom asked him, “What is happening with you? He told that his uncle tortures him many times and always threatened him to be quite. He said “I tried to tell you but you did not believe on me” and then she regretted and cursed herself for not believing on her son. She even broke her relation with her brother. She consulted a doctor to get him out from his trauma.

LISTEN PATIENTLY TO YOUR CHILD AND SPEND QUALITY TIME WITH HIM /HER.

BEAUTY WITHOUT VIRTUE

wpid-img_20141121_164341.jpg

Beauty is always appreciated and goes beyond the hardships of life and makes it all worthwhile. People easily get attracted towards a beautiful person and want to join their company. They might be promoted in their career and let off the hook when make mistakes. Although beautiful people can get fame and go ahead in their life but only for few times because…….

“BEAUTY WITHOUT VIRTUE IS LIKE A FLOWER WITHOUT SCENT.”

Beauty can be enhanced by wearing stylish outfits, using cosmetic products but it is difficult for people  to imbibe virtues. After death we are remembered with our virtues.

“VIRTUES ARE A PATTERN OF THOUGHT AND BEHAVIOUR BASED ON HIGH STANDARDS.”

Through this story I tried to make it comprehensible………

A married lady named Rena was very beautiful and charming and had a six year old daughter. She was appointed in my company as my personal secretary. The very first day she impressed me by doing her work diligently and built full faith in me. One day she was looking tensed and I asked the reason and she told that last night she was brutalised by her husband and it had happened with her many times. I showed pity on her and tried to help to get rid of her problems. In my office some employes warned me that she is trying to mislead me but did not believe on them. One day when I saw that some money were missing from my drawer and it was happening persistently. I tried to know the matter and surprised to know that she had a set of duplicate keys of my drawer. I called the police and seeing her they told me that she has been caught red-handed with many boys. The very next day she was suspended from my office.

“WITHOUT VIRTUE A BEAUTIFUL PERSON SEEMS FAKE.”

AS PER YOUR PERCEPTION DON’TJUDGE, JUDGE AS THEY ARE

wpid-img_20141118_190911.jpg

Education is the process of learning basic skills, kindness and leadership quality that can be transferred from one generation to another and it is especially taught in schools, colleges and universities.

In earlier times, education was a medium of survival for the Stone Age people. Preliterate people developed reading and writing patterns to be civilized and to enlighten themselves.

But, education system is now only emphasizing on memorizing academic syllabus and evaluating by taking a written test and those who are not calibre to pass the test, are labelled as failures. Tests do not measure a student’s ability and knowledge but only can judge how their mind works. Although highly qualified teachers are appointed and class rooms are designed with advanced technologies but they only focus on selective portion that has less value. Education should not be meant to mug up the books because mugged up knowledge cannot make them successful. The evaluating pattern makes students depressed and discouraged.

In our society despite of being school dropper, some great personalities got success because they knew how to research information on a particular project and process that knowledge but nowadays schools are working out to get high grades and to make pupil a machine. Students need motivation and inspiration to lighten them up but are besieged with their academic portion and don’t get time to work out in their desired field.

EDUCATION’S GOAL SHOULD BE TO DEVELOP THE LOVE OF LEARNING.

Everybody has their own quality; we can’t measure it according to our pattern. Students should not be demotivated and not symbolized as a failure because they can prove themselves in another field but only the desire of learning is needed to be developed in them.

ART THERAPY

Screenshot_2014-11-13-14-25-53

Art therapy is a psychotherapeutic technique of non-verbal artistic expression that helps in particular healing of various psychological issues. It also makes people stronger in expressing their feelings and exploring different aspects of their personalities.

The therapy originated in mid-20th century when doctors noticed that people’s mental stress could be reduced with form of any art techniques which could be applied to all ages, caste, creed or sex without having any specialized skills of art. In normal art artists improve only art skills but art therapists emphasize the ability to recognize the non-verbal symbols and metaphors represented in art works and underlying their meaning and help the people to release their stress

It works on the different psychological issues like:

PEOPLE ARE SUFFERING WITH MENTAL STRESS AND BRAIN INJURY.

CHILDREN ARE SUFFERING WITH MENTAL DISORDERS AND LEARNING DISABILITIES.

CHILDREN ARE HAUNTED WITH EVILS, JEALOUSY, FEAR, ANGER, DOMESTIC ABUSE, AND SEXUAL ABUSE.

They do not feel comfortable to express themselves in school as well as at home. Thus their mind can be attracted to various activities of art according to their choice that help to treat them easily and wash away their problems.

ADOLSCENTS ARE ALSO SUFFERING WITH INTERNAL PAIN OF DEPRESSION

Some problems are engendered by the family members and some  may  have  it with their own physical appearance or the society .Their physical appearance can be treated by physicians but for mental issues if they are treated by psychologists, they may feel scared with their verbal cross examination but art therapists treat them with creative techniques and help to enhance their self-esteem and confidence.wpid-img_20141114_000011.jpg

Going through this therapy all psychological matters may be dissolved but only trust in it is required.

A JOURNEY WITHOUT DESTINATION

PICTURE
A JOURNEY WITHOUT DESTINATION IS LIKE A SHIP WITHOUT RUDDER OR COMPASS AND DOESN’T KNOW ITS PORT

Aimless people run but they are not successful and live their life like tumbleweed that falls down even in a slight storm. They do not accomplish much in their life journey and tend to just hide away in crowd of depressed, frustrated and incompetent people, blaming nearly everything and everyone for whatever little they get from life.

DON’T THEY HAVE CONFIDENCE AND CAPABILITY TO ATTAIN ANYTHING? THEY HAVE BUT…

They do not devote any time to listen to their hearts. So why do they keep on running? NO CLUE! NO IDEA! At the end they get exhausted and return with empty hands.

PICTURE 1
STOP! AND LISTEN TO YOUR HEART. It will help you to make your vision clear and you will never get frustrated again. Decide. Create a right direction for yourself. Generating right goal will give you a feeling of aliveness, happiness and teach value of life.
Once identified, be determined towards your goal because many times peoples around will try to discourage you or will create deviations to deter you but it is your determination only which will make you strong to overcome all the hurdles of your life. You will then soon be able to resolve any problem, even the problem of bread and butter.
The easiest ways to be successful is to engage a life coach in your life. His / her guidance can accelerate your path to success. However, you need to believe in the person or you may not be able to achieve the desired results.
LIFE IS AIMLESS UNLESS YOU LOVE IT. Trust in your capabilities to light up your life with the right aims and abundant success.
